If you would like to chose your cuts you can order:
Whole Beef
1/2 beef
1/4 beef
We will inform the meat processor of your order and contact information you may also call a week after animal has been delivered to Avon locker plant and they will help you to place your cuts with them.
A simple cheaper order would be one of the following:
Box of Beef = 25 lbs of hamburger in one-pound sleeves
Box of Burger Patties= 20 lbs of hamburger patties
Mixed Box of Beef = 12 one-pound sleeves of hamburger, 2 roasts, and a variety of 3 to 5 steaks depending on the size of cuts
Small Mixed Box of Beef = 1 Roast, 3 Steaks, 6 lbs of Hamburger
Small Box of Burger = 12 lbs of hamburger
Individual orders of your choice (Price based on per lbs price and type of cuts)
We will box it for you and can deliver if necessary, or you can pick it up.
Prices may vary on 1/2 and 1/4 depending on current market and size of steer. (1/2 and 1/4 are estimates)
Current Rail Price: $2.20 Per Lbs (You pay the processing)
1/2: $900.00 - 1200.00 and you would pay the processing which is another $200.00-400.00
1/4: $450.00 - 600.00 and you would pay the processing which is $150.00-200.00
